I just bought a new car and got a loan with CULS! When will I get my first statement?

Congratulations, CULS is happy to serve you! You should receive your Welcome letter 15-20 days before your due date with an attached payment coupon. Welcome Letters are dropped once the loan has funded and booked into our system. You can use this coupon to mail a check to make your initial payment. A statement will follow for the 2nd payment. How do I pay my bill?

CULS provides quick and easy ways to pay your bill. You can mail in a check or money order to CULS PO Box 28149 Miami, FL 33102-8149, or use your bank or credit union’s online bill pay. We will credit your payment the day we receive it! CULS also offers free payment via electronic transfer if you sign up for recurring payments using the online portal. If you need a payment to post immediately, we also accept debit, and check payments by phone with a $7.50 processing fee. To pay by phone, please call (866) 612 2857. CULS offers MoneyGram payments. Can I make a one-time payment online?

Yes all one time payments can be made through the online portal.

I just put my payment in the mailbox. How long does it take to reach you?

Unfortunately, the time it takes to deliver a payment via mail varies. However, we recommend that you mail your payment at least one week in advance.

Can I pay in cash?

CULS does not accept cash payments.

Can I pay in person?

No, CULS does not have a facility that accepts payments in person.

Can I pay off my loan early?

Absolutely! CULS loans never have a prepayment penalty! Please call (866) 612-2857 to speak with a customer service representative to receive a payoff quote. If you have registered at the online portal you can access this information from your customer account.

Do I get a discount for paying my loan early?

No. If you pay off early, you get the piece of mind of not having a loan payment.

Can I make a payment just to principal?

Yes! If you have already made your full payment for the month, you may send in an additional payment with a note stating it is for principal payment only to our physical address of 1669 Phoenix Parkway Ste 110 College Park, GA 30349.

I accidently made a double payment. Can I get a refund?

CULS requires you to send in a notice to receive a refund for overpayment. Refunds may take up to 70 days to process, depending payment method and the financial institution used. The quickest way to resolve the issue is to contact your financial institution.

I'd like to pay off my loan or sell my car. How do I request a pay-off?

If you have registered at the online portal you can access this information from your customer account. Please call our Customer Service Department at (866) 612-2857 and they will be happy to provide you with a payoff quote along with all necessary information required for a payoff and/or sale of your vehicle.

I've paid off my loan, but it's still on my credit report. Why?

CULS reports the status of your loan to the credit bureaus in accordance with FCRA guidelines. It can take up to 30 days for your credit report to reflect a payoff. If you feel your credit report does not accurately reflect your loan status, you may file a dispute with the three major credit bureaus. Please make sure to provide the bureaus with a copy of you official paid in full letter. For more information, please follow the links below.

I've sent in my pay-off, but I've sent more than I owe. When will I get a refund?

If you paid with certified funds, the refund, along with the official paid in full letter, were placed in the mail the next business day. If you paid using non-certified funds, it may take up to 10 business days to process your refund.
