How do I pay my bill?
CULS provides quick and easy ways to pay your bill. You can mail in a check or money order or use your bank or credit union’s online bill pay. We will credit your payment the day we receive it! CULS also offers free payment via electronic transfer. You can sign up for this using our ACH Authorization form. It can take up to 3 business days for your payment to post.
If you need a payment to post immediately, we also accept debit, credit, and check by phone. CULS will credit your account immediately. These types of payment may have a fee associated with them. To pay by phone, please call (866) 612-2857.

Can I make a one-time payment online?
CULS offers a free, one-time online payment option. You can sign up for this using our ACH Authorization form. It can take up to 3 business days to receive your payment.
I’m tired of mailing checks every month. Can I sign up for automatic payments?
CULS offers a free, automatic payments. You can sign up for this using our ACH Authorization form. However, it can take up to 3 business days to receive your payment.
I paid my bill using a one-time ACH, but my account hasn’t shown it yet! Do I get credit for making a payment online the day I make my payment?

I just put my payment in the mailbox. How long does it take to reach you?
Unfortunately, the time it takes to deliver a payment via mail varies. As a result, you should mail your payment at least one week in an advance. If you need to a faster method to make a payment, please call (866) 612-2857.
My payment is due today! How do I make a same day payment?

Is there a fee to pay by phone?
CULS charges a convenience fee of $7.50 to pay by phone. For more information or to make a payment today, please call (866) 612-2857.
Can I pay in cash?
CULS does not accept cash payments.
Can I pay in person?
No, CULS does not have the facilities to accept payments in person.
I accidently made a double payment. Can I get a refund?
CULS requires you to send in a notice to receive a refund for overpayment. Refunds may take up to 70 days to process, depending payment method and the financial institution used.
When do I get credit for a payment?
CULS posts all payments received before 4:00 PM on the day we receive them. If we receive the payment after 4:00 PM, it will post to the account the next day.
Can I pay off my loan early?
Absolutely! CULS loans never have a prepayment penalty! Please call (866) 612-2857 to speak with a customer service representative to about getting a payoff quote.
Do I get a discount for paying my loan early?
No. If you pay off early, you get the piece of mind of not having a loan payment.
Can I make a payment just to principal?
Yes! If you have already made your full payment for the month, you may send in an additional payment with a note stating it is for principal payment only.
